It creates a shockwave centered around the player's vehicle as soon as it is touched. The shockwave expands quickly with a medium radius. Most things caught are thrown away, taking damage from both the blast and the impact.
Powerup versions available in Traffic Slam 3 and Burnin' Rubber: Crash n' Burn have infinite uses with a short cooldown. As long as the vehicle is intact, it can be activated once every few seconds.
