Trivia[]

  • In Burnin' Rubber 5, Battle Races are known as Races, although they are Battle Races, because they feature weapons.
  • In Burnin' Rubber 5, the player drives against seven opponents instead of three like in its predecessors.
  • In Burnin' Rubber 5 HD, the opponents will start with ten ammo slots, and can run out of ammo if the battle lasts for too long.
  • In Burnin' Rubber 3, the destroyed opponents will not revive and the player can win the match simply by destroying the competition unlike in future installments.
  • In Burnin' Rubber 5, the weapons are not required, although it is recommended to do so. Destroyed opponents will award varying amounts of XP depending on the mission.
